Those lucky enough to have seen John Williams’ group Six Hands will remember Gary Ryan’s remarkable virtuosity and great charm. He is without doubt one of the world’s leading exponents of the guitar winning praise and international acclaim for his formidable technique, outstanding musicianship and entertainingly diverse programmes.

In 2013 Gary Ryan was awarded a Fellowship of The Royal College of Music. He is only the fourth guitarist ever to receive this honour, previous recipients being John Williams, Andrés Segovia and Julian Bream. Mylor Sessions is immensely proud to have Gary Ryan perform a recital in our village.
